In June 2024, SpIRE looks forward to welcoming Professor André Brouillette, S.J., Associate Professor of Systematic and Spiritual Theology, Boston College – School of Theology and Ministry. His publications include Pilgrimage as Spiritual Practice: A Handbook for Teachers, Wayfarers, and Guides (2022) co-edited with Jeffrey Bloechl and The Pilgrim Paradigm: Faith in Motion (2022).

On Monday, June 24, 5.30-7pm, in the Arrupe Room, in the redbrick building at Milltown Park, Milltown Road, Dublin D06 W9Y7, there will be a joint event between the Spirituality Institute for Research and Education (SpIRE) and Camino Society Ireland.
The general title for the event is Pilgrimage by Land or Sea : Portal to Spiritual Awakening and Eco Awareness’.
Keynote Presenters André Brouillette SJ, Boston College, USA, author of The Pilgrim Paradigm: Faith in Motion, and Dónal Ó Céilleachair, award winning filmmaker of The Camino Voyage.
